Interesting large coin of the type with cornucopia in the coat of arms in beautiful condition with bright dark patina struck in Philadelphia. Cornucopia is a horn of Amalthea, who according to Greek mythology bred Zeus after his birth. Now Amalthea is one of the closest moons that orbits around Jupiter (Zeus). For varieties lovers: there were two types of the issue - with wide and narrow date. This coin is of less common narrow date.
