Al fronte due maestose figure femminili sedute con il bastone del comando e poggianti sugli stemmi delle città che rappresentano Venezia e Genova. Sul retro, nel medaglione centrale, la riproduzione del gruppo scultoreo un tempo ornante la facciata di Palazzo Kock, sede della Banca d'Italia a Roma, raffigurante le allegorie dell'Agricoltura, dell'Industria e del Commercio, contrassegno testina d'Italia e Fascio Littorio. On the front, two majestic female figures seated holding the baton of command and resting on the coats of arms of the cities representing Venice and Genoa. On the reverse, in the central medallion, the reproduction of the sculptural group that once adorned the façade of Palazzo Kock, headquarters of the Bank of Italy in Rome, depicting the allegories of Agriculture, Industry and Commerce, the head of Italy and the Fascio Littorio.
