INTERESTING TYPE in beautiful seal script with sloped left leg of "yuan" in nice condition issued by emperor Shenzong(1068-1085) under the title Xi Ning. The coin is of the group H#16.174 with the characters reading clockwise instead of most traditional top-bottom, right-left. The coin is most probably from Annam where there were in circulation coins from China, copies of coins, produced by China and by Annam. That is the reason, why the character "Xi" is completely different from the one, shown in Hartill catalog (see additional image from the catalog).
