This coin is of interesting type in excellent condition. Since the XVIIIth century the type with a hammerman was the only with a human depicted on a standard coin in the history of 10 kopecks coinage. Though there were coins with a horseman killing a dragon in coat of arms during Empire and after the USSR periods, those do represent an action performed after the death of the hero, thus not by a human.
