Interesting large size local issue of Altrahlstedt Province Schleswig-Holstein in superb condition. The smallest denomination depicts a dragonslayer killing a hydra. This plot takes origin in early explanation of total solar eclipses. Ancient Egyptians considered that during the eclipse the God of the Sun Re slaying Serpent Apep.
