Interesting bi-metallic coin set in beautiful condition dedicated to the 200th anniversary of establishing of the first ministries in the country. For the introduction happened in September, the first year of ministry of Finance for example was in fact in 1802-1803. This time shift explains, why mintages of coins not alwasy correspond their rarity. For example the mintage of 20 kopecks 1934 (the USSR) is given as 70425000 pcs. In fact only two coins dates 1934 are known (both till recent times were in Hermitage, now only one left, the other one was stolen). The mintage reflects production during another year of a common coin. The Obv. depicts MMD - mint mark of Moscow and LMD - of Leningrad mints.
