Die C - HÉRAULT with accent, letter "C" in denomination almost touches lower "M" of COMMERCE, fine script, letters of DE at the top small and aligned.

Die D - letter "C" in denomination almost touches lower "M" of COMMERCE, bold script, letters of DE at the top large and aligned, DE at the bottom close to "1".
