Interesting commemorative coin dedicated to local rites in Antique finish and beautiful condition. Despite of Christianization the egg was decorated according to the pagan traditions. The decorated egg is symbol of of creation of the world - it is this shape from where the sun appears during total solar eclipse. Such understanding of the phenomenon is attested in many cultures.
