This coin is of an uncommon year in nice condition. It was those days when the government united ukraine in its historical borders (with western part which was occupied by Poland and without Crimea) together with accepting free will of 5 more republics to join the Union. As the result from one side the country consisted of 16 republics but the coat of arms on coins had only 11 orbits of ribbon.
