Money of necessity. KRIEGSNOTGELD. This issue became an excellent and smart solution to overcome locally money inflation of governmental issues during the First World War. Interesting and uncommon variety of size 20.3 mm with triple church in the coat of arms and 5-rays stars on the Obv. with "17" being on same level as the hump of "0" on the Rev. in nice condition issued by Joergum & Trefz in Frankfurt am Main.
