Commemorative issue on the decay of Yugoslavia and declining of its territories in beautiful condition. Interesting uncommon denomination. According to the EU rules all local commemorative should be accepted in real circulation for face value inside the country. Only commemorative 2 euro are accepted everywhere. As the result this large bi-metallic 3 euro coin serves as money inside this Yugoslavian territory. Due to small mintage (just 274000 pcs) the coin is uncommon.
