Interesting type with signature of Arbuzov in high grade condition. The excellent sample of the local sovereignty from one side - Vladimir was the first, who minted coins with his name and stupid discrepancy (error) from the other - the banknote represents currency with subdivision in kopecks. At the territory 100 kopecks always gave one rouble, not grivna. Grivna was divided into shags, not kopecks. As the result locals constantly name this face value "one rouble." Due to little inner value now these banknotes were substituted by small coins and are seldom in circulation these days.
