Interesting banknote of communism ideology in attractive condition. Right after the Great October Socialist Revolution in 1917 there was misunderstanding of functions of money. As the result even the Government workers believed that for in the communist society there will be no neediness of money (by definition in such society everybody gets everything according to their needs), issue of these banknotes is temporary and represents transition to the better lifestyle. That is why the banknote bears the words "rated symbols" which were interpreted wrongly in the Standard Catalog of Paper Money as 'currency notes'.
