Interesting type with Czech lion facing left with Slovak shield within polygon socialist shield in attractive condition of the united country from the period of the largest impact on human culture and progress of the territory in its whole history. Recently with the help of this coin the main dies were discovered and classification of the emission 1953-1971 was developed.


Obverse

Die I - type of font in which "9" is open.

Die II - type of font in which "9" is close.



Reverse

Die A - wide script, "1" with long nose, narrow leaf to the left of bottom "1".

Die B - wide script, "1" with long nose, wide leaf to the left of bottom "1", short outer leaves to the right of conjunction.

Die C - narrow script, "1" with short nose, wide leaf to the left of bottom "1", long outer leaves to the right of conjunction.



In 1963 two types of Obv.I are known:

Die I.1 - "9" open, narrow script, "3" high.

Die I.2 - "9" open, wide script, "3" low.



This coin was struck by dies I.1+Ca. For high interest of collectors to the emission the basic classification was proposed to be published in the article N№2645 en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces2645.html of Numista catalog with the images of this very coin.
