Interesting coin of the solid silver type (1875-1967) with the standing Helvetia with lance and shield on Obv. and wreath of oak and alpine rose branches on Rev. in beautiful condition. Recently main groups of emission with the help of this very coin were found.


Reverse

Die A from model 1875 - acorns with grid, large wreath. In use from 1875 till 1967.

Die B - acorns without grid, smaller wreath.

Die C - reengraved, acorns small and with grid, leaves with deep midribs. In use from 1983 till 2018.



This coin is attributed as Rev. die A. For the high interest of collectors to these types and to make the attribution of them easy it was decided to publish the complete classification of types in Numista catalog en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces181.html with the images of this very coin.
