Erste Ausgabe der ersten Monographie von G. Pino. – „Esemplare fuori commercio“. – „Giuseppe Pino worked as a photoreporter between 1962 and 1975 mostly for the leading Italian weekly news magazine „Panorama“, after which he spent some ten years commuting from Milan to New York producing potraits of some of the art and culture world’s top names. In more recent years, Pino has specialized in corporate work, which in his case ranges between advertising campaigns and corporate identity work through to portraiture. Some of his photographs of jazz musicians have become classics. His latest work concentrates on form in the widest interpretation as well as the nude as a new genre. Irony, humour and the surreal are common features of both his colour and black and white work“ (Class Editori). – Sehr gutes Exemplar.
